Refund policy

Time Concepts' Policies:

 PLEASE READ AS THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT

Returns:

Time Concepts has a 30-day return / exchange policy.  To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused/unworn.  Upon delivery, inspect the watch carefully.    Do not remove or discard the protective coverings on the watch crystal or caseback.  Do not discard any of the original watch packaging (watch box including outer protective sleeve, instruction booklet, etc.). All original packaging must be included with the return.

To complete your return, contact us at timeconceptscs@gmail.com for a return authorization number.  Returns without an authorization number will be delayed. Please enclose a copy of the packing list that was received with your shipment.  It is helpful if you email us the tracking number.

Once your return is received and thoroughly inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.  If we cannot accept your watch because of its condition or packaging condition, we will contact you to make arrangements to return the watch to you or negotiate a partial refund or merchandise credit (all at Time Concepts' discretion).

There are certain situations where no refund or only partial refunds are granted: Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts or packaging for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 30 days after the date of purchase. 

International Consumers will be responsible for all import fees and tax.  If the order is refused by the purchaser because they refuse to pay import tax/fee, these fees plus return shipping cost will be deducted from any refund owed.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, first send us an email at timeconceptscs@gmail.com and if directed send your item along with the Return Authorization number provided to: TC.LLC, 6140 W. Corporal Lane, Boise, ID 83704

Returning Your Watch:

You should consider using a shipping service that offers tracking and proof of delivery and purchasing shipping insurance.  DO NOT return using Fed Ex. (UPS or USPS are recommended). Time Concepts does not guarantee that we will receive your return and will only provide a refund or exchange if your returned item is received.

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping:

Time Concepts, LLC is not responsible for items delivered but not received by the customer.

All orders ship via "standard" method for free - Time Concepts will ship via the method they determine offers the best rate and insurance. 

Undeliverable Items:

If your order is returned to us (for whatever reason) and the shipping address was correct (matches the address on the order), the item will be restocked and the payment (less a restocking fee of $20) refunded.  The customer may then re-order the watch by placing a new order on the website.  New orders will at the current price shown.

Worn Watches:

If your watch has been worn or is no longer in its original unused condition, it is not eligible for return or exchange.

 Warranty:

Your Protek watch is covered under a 2 year manufacturer's limited warranty.

 The specifics of the warranty coverage can be found in the booklet you received with your watch or on the Brand's website.
